The Rainham All Stars Cricket programme is now underway with 24 children aged between 5 and 8 registered and enjoying the Saturday morning sessions lead by club coaches with the assistance of many of the parents.

All Stars Cricket is the England and Wales Cricket Board’s entry level participation programme, aimed at providing children aged five to eight with a great first experience in cricket. 2019 season fixtures are now available on Play Cricket for all senior sides. Colts fixtures to follow in late February.

The AGM took place at Rainham CC on 9th December 2018. Committee members and team captains for 2019 were voted on and agreed. Details can be viewed in the Committee page in About Us.

The 2018 season starts up again on Saturday 28th April 2018 when Rainham II take on Downham at Berengrove Park. Note: the bar will be open to members on all Saturdays from midday onward.

A Rainham CC flag has now been proudly raised next to the new pavilion at Rainham CC. Thanks go to Glen Cook, Lol Goodwin and Andy Mortimore, who all contributed to the cost and were involved in installing the flagpole and flag.

Congratulations to Jamie Ward who has broken the club record individual score. In the Kent Village Cricket League game against Sturry on Sunday 18th Jun, Jamie hit an unbeaten 209, including 7 sixes and 30 fours, in Rainham’s 318 for 3 off 40 overs.
